WINE:
Easy-drinking white wine that is perfect for every special occassion.

WINEMAKING:
This unique and trailblazing white wine pairing of Sauvignon Blanc and Viognier was a happy blending trial accident that we refined over time. It has since become one of our favorite wines to make and will benefit from further experimentation.

FOOD:
This medium-bodied and acid-driven wine will compliment Asian foods, shellfish, tuna or chicken salad and would be a perfect match for pear and blue cheese – or gorgonzola – salad.
